One fetch. Wallet signs. Facilitator settles. Resource comes back.

Faremeter is a set of TypeScript libraries for making and accepting machine payments over HTTP. It implements x402 (HTTP 402) and MPP via an x402 v2 adapter. Fast path: @faremeter/rides. Docs: docs.faremeter.xyz/quickstart. X @faremeterxyz.

Node 18+. Solana keypair file or an EVM private key. Install @faremeter/rides, @faremeter/logs, dotenv, tsx. payer.addLocalWallet then payer.fetch. The live example hits https://helius.api.corbits.dev. One call: 402, pick a wallet, sign locally, retry with X-PAYMENT (v1) or PAYMENT-SIGNATURE (v2). Facilitator verifies. Resource returns.

typescript
import "dotenv/config"
import { payer } from "@faremeter/rides"
import { getLogger } from "@faremeter/logs"

const logger = await getLogger(["quickstart"])
await payer.addLocalWallet(process.env.PAYER_KEYPAIR_PATH)
const response = await payer.fetch("https://helius.api.corbits.dev")
logger.info(`status: ${response.status}`)

OWS vaults, Ledger, Crossmint: addWalletAdapter, not local key material. Lower-level: @faremeter/fetch. Servers: Express and Hono middleware. Own facilitator: @faremeter/facilitator. Flex is prepaid escrow plus session keys. Networks from live docs: Solana (devnet/testnet/mainnet-beta) and EVM (Base, Base Sepolia, Polygon, Monad, SKALE Europa testnet). Assets include USDC on both, plus several Solana stables. Clone faremeter-ts-playground if you want the monorepo already wired.
