These terms govern your use of devrels.xyz (the "Service"), a community directory for the Solana developer ecosystem. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What devrels.xyz is

devrels.xyz is a free, community-run directory of Solana developers, organisations, projects, resources, articles, events, and channels. It is an informational and discovery service. Listings, links, and articles are provided for general information only.

Accounts & sign-in

Signing in is optional and handled through third-party OAuth (X, GitHub, Telegram). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your linked accounts secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the Service.

Listings & submissions

You may submit, recommend, or claim listings. By submitting content you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, format, and distribute it within the Service and its feeds. Keep submissions accurate. We may edit, re-categorise, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion — including listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or that we cannot verify.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to impersonate others, submit false or spammy information, harvest data at scale, attempt to disrupt or breach the Service, or use it for anything unlawful. Automated scraping of the directory is not permitted; if you want bulk data, use the public feeds and llms.txt or get in touch.

Third-party links & no endorsement

The Service links to external projects, websites, tools, and protocols we don't control. A listing is not an endorsement, audit, or guarantee of any project, and we're not responsible for third-party content, products, or conduct. Some listed projects involve crypto-asset software and the movement of funds — interacting with them carries risk that is yours alone.

Not financial advice

Nothing on devrels.xyz is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Content about tokens, protocols, payments, or other crypto-assets is informational only. Always do your own research and never rely on a directory listing or article when deciding to commit funds.

Intellectual property

Articles and original content on the Service are owned by their authors and devrels.xyz. Project names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and may be incomplete, out of date, or unavailable at times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, devrels.xyz and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
