Fleets is a structured credit protocol on Solana. Depositors put in USDC. The pool finances amortized vehicle loans for African fleet operators. Yield comes from those loans and from treasury-backed yield-bearing tokens sitting on-chain. Docs: docs.usefleet.xyz. Index: /llms.txt. Site: usefleet.xyz. GitHub usefleets (docs and assets only). The product is in private beta. Access is waitlist.

One shared pool. 20% stays in a liquidity reserve that is never loaned. 80% can go to vehicle facilities through a licensed Nigerian SPV. Depositors pick a tranche when they mint.

Tranches
TokenRole
FYC (Fleets Yield Coin)Senior. Capped yield. Last to take credit losses.
FFC (Fleets FiLo Coin)Junior. Residual yield. First loss.

Both use a share-price model. Deposit USDC, protocol checks a USDC oracle (rejects below $0.995), swaps into the reserve tokens, mints at the optimistic price. Redeem at the conservative price. Scheduled exit: FYC up to 30 days, FFC up to 90 days, no fee. Accelerated exit is immediate with a dynamic fee. Wallet: Phantom, Backpack, or Solflare. Need USDC and a little SOL.

Operator loans are 12, 24, or 36 months, amortized. A 30-day grace period on miss, penalty interest at APR times 1.25. Docs do not publish program IDs, an SDK, or a REST API. Do not invent those. Start at How it works and Getting started.
