Launch: name, ticker, image, optional links. Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000. Pick a rule (or combine). Curve is graduating (default) or permanent. Wallet signs metadata, mint, Meteora pool, hook enable, and listing. Budget about 0.1 SOL plus any rule vault. Paired rules (Beacon + Entangled, Reactive pair) create both mints in one go.

Graduation: Meteora removes the hook on the buy that fills a graduating curve. Permanent curves keep the rule for life. P2P-only always graduates. Combined rules run in one program, C3vEdPepTPRrJdQ4nQ3ZmhdXCmpKdGRKVUqxduHZWbdR. You cannot pair Trade guard with Anti-dump, Anti-dump with Graduated sell caps, or any two wallet-cap rules. Holder vesting, allowlist, holder-gated, venue-locked, P2P-only, rewards, tithe, and the pair rules stay single-rule.
Every Hooked curve trade pays 1%, all to the platform flywheel (not the creator). Every 10 minutes it collects, sends 15% to Dpmutmc4ZLqvJwHbwabvKYeFJ9zkQ86nutUAUviRrXG2, and spends 85% buying and burning HOOKED C1mBfBoDkwWfd6uTFZp62ARHLjeVp3bDpCDMfMZtPngE.
